Terms + Conditions
Focus is a fully-catered, three-day weekend getaway for Vintage Church and invited friends.
1. Registration is essential
Guests arriving at Focus without a confirmed registration will not be admitted. A confirmed registration means that you have paid in full for your accommodation or for a day ticket.
Any guests discovered on-site without having registered will be asked to leave. Please note that only the guests who have registered for a particular accommodation may occupy that accommodation. If any other person/persons are found occupying the accommodation, they will be asked to leave the site immediately and no refunds will be given.
Before we can finalize your registration and reserve your accommodation we will need the names, email addresses, mobile numbers and ages of all members of your party. In order to ensure guests’ needs are catered for adequately, we will need to know whether anyone in your party has any special needs, including restricted mobility or access requirements.
2. Refund policy
A full refund of your Focus purchase (registration and accommodation) booking fees of $25 p/p can be requested until May 1, 2017. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all refund requests.
3. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Please note that all children and youth remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, including at the swimming pool, except when they are with their age-group leaders. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you are accepting this responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vintage Church shall not be liable in any way for any failure to perform our obligations or for any loss, damage or delay incurred by the guest resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Infectious diseases
Guests must inform the Event Coordinator on-site of the occurrence of any illness during their stay that may affect other guests. In order to protect other guests and employees, anyone with an infectious illness may be asked to remain in their accommodations or, under extreme conditions, asked to leave.
6. Care of facilities and personal items
Please treat your accommodations and camp facilities with care so that others may continue to enjoy them. We ask that you report any accidental damage to the Event Coordinator immediately so that they can make a repair or replacement. Accommodation is inspected at the end of every stay and you may be charged for any loss or damage.
Vintage Church and the Salvation Army, the owner and operator of Camp Mt. Crags & Camp Gilmore, will not be held liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to leave non-essential valuable items at home for the weekend and to care for their own belongings while at Focus. Please report any loss or theft to the Event Coordinator immediately so that any necessary action can be taken.
7. Filming and Photography
There will be official photographers and video crew on-site and guests may feature in these images.
